Name: Snow Fairy / Seizaki, Setsu

Description: A being made of crystal and ice, resembling on the whole, an old classic Megaman boss. Especially Gemini Man. All of her body ends in edges or sharp points. Her human disguise is a nigh blind looking Japanese girl with cold hands and feet and lips. She has blue-white hair. She is petite, with an almost disturbingly doll like complexion and shape to her.
Personality: A cold and unemotional robot of sorts. She doesn't really say much or do much unless told to, as she has been raised by her masters to speak as little as possible and just do her damn job. What little can be gotten out of her is she isn't one for loudness nor arguing over little things. A worker plain and simple for the most part. She dislikes insults to her masters and she has a fervent disgust for heat. That is a bit of an artistic streak in her, sometimes visible in her dueling.
History: A soldier created by Mobius the Frost Monarch and White Night Queen of the Frozen World. She is one of many monsters that serve the Royal Family of Ice, one of an army of Snow Fairies who were created for the palace. This specific Snow Fairy is considered to be top of its grade and then some, known for beating higher level monsters through agility and skill.
Thus it was kindly commissioned from the King and Queen to join Brron's mission to the human world under the agreement that the Frozen World would reap some of the profits of Brron's mission. She is one of the three hired monsters who doesn't form the immediate vanguard group to scout Duel Academia.
